MJ Legacy Holdings Launches CryoFlow Technologies as New Technology Platform

MJ Legacy Holdings, LLC (MJLH) is pleased to announce the formation and launch of CryoFlow Technologies, LLC, a wholly owned operating subsidiary focused on thermal technology and innovative product development.
Developed internally by MJLH, CryoFlow was established to pursue opportunities in active thermal management, with an initial focus on wearable cooling and heating technologies designed for people who work, compete, and perform in demanding environments.
CryoFlow represents an expansion of the MJLH portfolio into technology-driven product development and reflects the company’s broader approach to identifying opportunities, developing proprietary concepts, and building scalable businesses around them.
The company is developing a technology platform designed to support a growing family of products addressing both extreme heat and extreme cold. Applications under development span performance, outdoor recreation, industrial environments, and other temperature-intensive markets.
As an MJLH operating subsidiary, CryoFlow will maintain its own specialized brand, product-development strategy, and market identity while benefiting from the strategic oversight and infrastructure of its parent company.
